Hi Mike Boy, you are certainly right. Hard to decide whether to shoot from the overlooks or wander down among the hoodoos and there are photo ops all around with the good light at sunset going fast. Pretty narrow window for best light. Want to try it in winter.....someday Dave

awesome, i really loved this place - not as easy to photograph as one might think, the endless compositions are overwhelming. this one is a great angle, with perfection in the upper right corner. very nice work, hope you enjoyed the desolate drive out there!
