Description
This lioness was off in the grass by herself nursing and protecting her cubs from other male lions and wanderings hyenas. We just happened to see one of the cubs wander briefly out of the grass and then run back to "mom" and safety. Look carefully - you can see one of the cubs staring at us through the deep grass.
